Shop Policies


All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. All packages are insured. Sincerely Sarah is responsible for all lost or damaged shipments, please contact me immediately if you receive a damaged item or have not received your package so a replacement or refund can be issued.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged. Refunds for returns will be issued when the returned item is received by Sincerely Sarah. Insuring your package and providing tracking information is suggested. Returns should be sent to Sincerely Sarah, PO Box 28, New Berlin, PA 17855.

Refunds for damaged goods will be issued by Sincerely Sarah if it the product was damaged during shipping or was due a product defect. If the product was damaged in shipping please email photos of the product and packaging to [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued to product damaged during normal wear or storage. We recommend storing your jewelry in airtight containers or a jewelry box where it will not tangle with other items. Please note, the surface of the jewelry will naturally change color over time due to oxidation and surface contact.

Product Variations

All items are handmade and will vary slightly from the picture unless the item is marked as one-of-a-kind. Ring sizes may not be exact, please allow up to 1/4 size variance from the size ordered to the nature of the ring designs.
